The EconGuide is an independent revision resource created by a student. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, or any examination board. Edexcel, AQA and OCR are trademarks of their respective owners, and are referred to on this site only to describe which qualifications our resources are designed to support.
All resources on this site and in our shop are original material written in our own words. They are study aids, not official specifications, past papers or mark schemes — always refer to your exam board's published materials as the definitive source.
Nothing on this site is a guarantee of any grade or exam outcome. Tools such as the AI examiner and topic predictions are guidance and opinion only: they are calibrated against publicly available level descriptors but are not a substitute for a human examiner, and predictions are informed guesses, not forecasts of actual exam content.
Products in the EconGuide shop are sold by Zac Galan, trading as The EconGuide (United Kingdom), via Payhip. Contact: zacgalan1@gmail.com. Checkout and payment are processed by Payhip and its payment providers. Prices are shown at checkout in GBP; where VAT applies to UK/EU digital sales it is handled through Payhip.
All products are digital content — downloadable files and/or access to online resources (for example a link and password delivered after purchase). Descriptions on the product page tell you exactly what's included. Digital content we supply will be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Purchases are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share, resell, republish, or redistribute any product, file, link, or password, including posting them in group chats, drives, or file-sharing sites. Doing so is a breach of these terms and of copyright.
That's the standard rule for instant digital downloads. On top of it: if a product is faulty, corrupted, materially not as described, or you can't access it, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you — that's your legal right and we honour it without fuss. If you simply change your mind after downloading, refunds are at our discretion; we're a small operation but we're reasonable, so get in touch.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with any product is limited to the price you paid for it. Our resources support your revision; your results depend on many factors and we make no grade guarantees.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
The EconGuide (Zac Galan) is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. Short version: we collect almost nothing, we never sell data, and we only email you what you asked for.
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and purchase records only as long as needed for support and legal obligations. Under UK GDPR you can ask at any time to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your data, or withdraw consent — email zacgalan1@gmail.com and we'll sort it. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Questions about any of this, your order, or your data: zacgalan1@gmail.com. We aim to reply within a few days (faster outside exam season).
